We've had several sales in Moses Lake in the past week or two. That's awesome! There are now 346 homes for sale, and 20 homes have sold since the beginning of October. Three of the sales were foreclosures. It's still a buyer's market until the number of homes for sale reaches about half the amount that are for sale. Call me if you want to see one of the homes for sale. Now IS the time to buy!
