On February 27, 2008, the news WAS "The economic situation has become distinctly less favorable" since the summer, the Fed chief told lawmakers.
Since that time, the housing slump has worsened, credit problems have intensified and the job market has deteriorated.

HOWEVER, in Moses Lake, On January 8, there were 10 homes in pending, and on Feb 26, there were 30 houses in pending. That means that the housing slump in Moses Lake is looking good! And we also know that the job market is beginning to grow again! That’s GREAT news for Moses Lake, even though the national news may not know about us.
