Then, we take the price per square foot, depending on the condition of your home and the homes we compare your home to, and apply this value to your home's square footage. Taking a look at the various differences in your home (flooring, age, remodeling changes, condition, appliances, landscaping, etc.) we get an idea of price per square foot and get an average of what your home's value is.
