Ways to find a home in Moses Lake, WA

Moses Lake, WA has over 30,000 people living here, and we're growing quickly! Do you know how many building permits were issued to builders for single family homes in 2007? November is not over yet, and there are an average of 21 building permits being issued each month! People are moving into town, moving up from smaller homes, and out into the country, and that means that there are more homes available for you to move into.

I know you want to be educated on buying real estate. You need to know how to avoid mistakes. I can make it easy for you to buy a home or property. I want to tell you about our First Time Homebuyer Class. It is presented by the representatives I've partnered up with at the Prosperity Center of the North Columbia Community Action Council. It's a FREE class, sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, who wants to help you own a home! You can discover the first time homebuyer programs that are available, and get started on your road to home ownership this month. Call Eric Slyter at 509-765-9206 Ext 240 and tell him that Connie Suehiro referred you to him to learn about the next class coming up November 17 in the morning. He teaches a monthly class, and I've partnered with them to help first-time homebuyers. If you aren't able to attend in November, ask about December and January's classes.

As of today, there are over 80 homes available in Moses Lake for $180,000 or less. If you are ready to buy, great! Give me a call and I'll help you. If you are not ready to buy, and you'll know from my other posts that you can find out by contacting my friend Heide Backus at Homestead Mortgage on a 10 minute call (771-1061) to see if you're ready, then let's get you scheduled for that First-Time Homebuyer class so you can prepare a game plan for saving a percentage of your income toward your home purchase. Call me and let's get you started!
